Once you are signed up, to ensure you safely achieve maximum results Max Fitness Crossfit requires you to complete the On Ramp Program before you join a regular Crossfit class. Based on your individual preference, we can set you up to join the Group On-Ramp Program or the 1:1 On-Ramp.
