WOD 

Five rounds for max reps,

of body weight bench presses 

pull-ups. 

Unlike “Hellen”, “Lynne” is not for time. You may take as long as you need to perform all five rounds. Why you may ask? Benchmarks are used as tests and measurements to see much you have improved since the last time you did the work out.
