Warm-up

• 10 Wall Facing Squats 2 rounds: 30 secs
• Cossack lunge
• Straddle
• Pigeon Front Squat
• 5 reps at 6% of 1RM
• 3reps at 70% of 1RM
• test 1 RM
Conditioning 15 min AMRAP :
• 3 Bar Muscle Up • 6 Pistols
• 20 Hollow Rocks
