New Sunday Yoga class at 10:30 am with Ryan Gleeson!
Hey- I'm Ryan and I'm excited to start teaching yoga at the box! I've been a member at Max Fitness for a year now and recently got my yoga certification through Yoga to the People. In class I'll be guiding everyone through vinyasa flow, which can help relieve tightness for our athletes. All poses can be modified and all experience levels are welcome. Yoga is a great way to get your morning started, and what better way to kick off Sunday than taking a quick hour to warm up your muscles and center your thoughts? I'll see you in class!
