6 Alt single arm Thrusters
12 Alt Single arm Row
20 Shoulder Taps
If you do not have a kettle bell or a dumbbell to use. Get creative you can use a gallon of water which is 8.34 pounds. Or if you have some canned food and gallon of water and you want to get heavier and you can put that all in a grocery bag or backpack. Lots of great opportunities to get creative!
