10 inch worms w/1 push-up
10 Single leg deadlifts no weight
10 Lunges
10 Pike pushups
5 Dive Bomber pushups
Push press 10-10-10-10-10 reps
No weights at home, modify with jugs or other heavy objects. Share your at-home modifications and loads in comments.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
20 wall-ball shots
20 single-leg squats, alternating
♀ 14-lb. ball to 9 ft. ♂ 20-lb. ball to 10 ft.
Post rounds completed to comments.
Wall ball shots modifications, jumping squats , thrusters, med ball toss in the air.
Single leg squats can be done on chairs or couch.
