2 sets x 3 reps @ 65%

2 sets x 3 reps @ 70%

Back Squats: 1 1/4

5×5 @ 80%

Accessory work:

Bench hip extensions 3 x 15

SUPER SET WITH

Floor glute ham raises. Have partner hold your feet 3 x 8-10
