All these are started from front of Box to the back
Core

• 20 Russian Twists – 20/14 you can use more weight and KB/MB
• 20 Hollow Rocks
• 20 AbMat Sit-ups

WOD
8 Minutes:
• 10 Box Jumps 24/20
• 20 Goblet Lunges 53/35

Rest 1 minute

8 Minute AMRAP:
• 20 Goblet squats 53/35
• 10 clapping push ups

Rest 1 minute

8 Minute AMRAP:
• 20 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
• 10 Pull UPS
